WHAT WE DO

Reaching Students.
Making Disciples.
Raising Up Leaders.

Every student deserves the opportunity to encounter Jesus, grow in faith, discover their God-given gifts, and make a difference in the world around them.

One mission. Many ways to grow.

We pursue that mission by bringing churches and students together through worship, discipleship, leadership development, and opportunities to serve.

01 / GATHER

Monthly Gatherings

Creating space for students to encounter Jesus.

Each month, students from across Mid-Michigan gather for an evening of worship, biblical teaching, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to respond to what God is doing in their lives.

Our gatherings are designed to encourage students in their faith, welcome those exploring who Jesus is, and strengthen connections among local churches.

02 / DISCIPLE

Discipleship & Mentoring

Helping students become lifelong followers of Jesus.

We believe discipleship happens through intentional relationships, spiritual growth, and opportunities to put faith into action.

Through mentoring, biblical encouragement, and partnership with local churches, we seek to help students develop a growing relationship with Jesus that extends beyond a monthly event.

Our desire is not simply for students to attend Impact, but for them to become rooted in Christ and actively involved in their local churches.

03 / EMPOWER

Student Leadership & Internships

Equipping students to lead today and invest in tomorrow.

Students aren’t simply future leaders of the church. God can use them to make a difference right now.

Our internship pathway helps students discover their gifts, grow in spiritual maturity, develop leadership skills, and serve in meaningful areas of ministry. Students grow through hands-on experience, mentoring, and increasing levels of responsibility.

Our leadership pathway
01   Interns in Training
02   Junior Interns
03   Senior Interns
04   Lead Interns

As students grow, they are encouraged to invest in others, multiplying the impact of their leadership. Every leader invests.

04 / SERVE

Missions & Serving Others

Putting faith into action.

Following Jesus means loving and serving others. Through outreach, service projects, and mission opportunities, we encourage students to look beyond themselves and respond to the needs of others.

Our ministry has included opportunities connected to Malawi and the Philippines, along with local expressions of service and outreach, including Tent of Meeting.

We want students to discover that God can use their lives to bring hope and make a difference both locally and globally.

05 / COLLABORATE

Collaboration With Local Churches

Stronger together for the next generation.

Impact exists to strengthen, encourage, and support local churches—not replace them.

We bring together pastors, youth leaders, adult volunteers, students, and ministry partners who share a passion for reaching the next generation.

Through shared gatherings, collaborative leadership development, relationships, and resources, we seek to help churches accomplish more together.

Whether a church has a thriving youth ministry, a small group of students, or is simply beginning to explore youth outreach, our desire is to come alongside them.
