OUR STORY
A Dream Bigger
Than Any One Church.
Setting Young Hearts on Fire for Jesus.

A shared passion. A generation worth reaching.
What would happen if churches came together with one shared passion—to reach the lost, serve the least, and raise up a generation of students passionately following Jesus?
That dream is at the heart of Impact Outreach Ministry.
We believe the next generation is worth investing in, that every student matters to God, and that the local church is stronger when we work together.
Impact is more than a monthly gathering. We’re a collaborative youth movement committed to reaching students with the hope of Jesus, helping them grow as disciples, and equipping them to make a difference in their churches, schools, and communities.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
From a shared vision
to a place for ministry.
Impact began with a shared vision among local pastors and ministry leaders who believed God was calling them to reach and disciple students together.
As they prayed and dreamed about what could be possible, a vision emerged for a place where students from different churches and communities could gather, encounter Jesus, build meaningful relationships, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.
Through prayer, partnership, and God’s provision, that vision eventually led to the establishment of the Impact Outreach Center in Alma, Michigan.
What began as a dream became a place for ministry. And that place became a launching point for something greater.
THE DREAM STILL DRIVES US
Reach the lost. Serve the least.
Our heart is simple: to reach the lost at any cost, to serve the least, and to see a generation of students passionately following Jesus and investing in the next generation.
We dream of students encountering Jesus for the first time. Of young believers growing into passionate, lifelong disciples. Of students discovering their gifts and using them to serve others. And of young leaders investing in those who will follow after them.
We don’t simply want to host meaningful events. We want to see lives transformed and a movement of discipleship that continues from one generation to the next.
BETTER TOGETHER
Different churches.
One shared mission.
We believe the local church is God’s design for lasting discipleship and spiritual community. That’s why Impact doesn’t exist to replace or compete with local churches. We exist to come alongside them.
By bringing churches, pastors, families, students, and ministry partners together, we can share resources, encourage one another, develop young leaders, and reach students across our communities.

OUR MISSION
Setting young hearts on fire for Jesus.
Impact Outreach Ministry is a collaborative youth movement that strengthens local churches by helping students encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, discover their gifts, serve others, and invest in the next generation of leaders—setting young hearts on fire for Jesus.
THE STORY IS STILL BEING WRITTEN
Will you be part of
what God is doing next?
Every student who encounters Jesus, every young leader who discovers their calling, every church that joins the mission, and every person who invests in the next generation becomes part of this story. And we believe God is not finished.
